In 2006 Mayumi Mutoh adapted and directed Minoru Betsuyaku's masterpiece "Kaigi (Conference)".Now she explores the importance of Rainer Werner Fassbinder, playwright and leading figure in new German cinema, with "theater" as the keyword, hoping to give both first-timers and old fans a new opportunity to know him.
